Stakeholders Meet of the fifth edition of Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) 2025 concluded in Jodhpur

RDTM 2025 will be held in Jaipur from 12 to 14 September

Jodhpur, 18 August 2025: The Stakeholders Meet of the fifth edition of Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) 2025, jointly organized by the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) and the Rajasthan Tourism Department, concluded successfully at the iconic Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur.

The event was graced by the presence of Chief Patron of FHTR and Maharaja Gaj Singh II of Marwar-Jodhpur, Mr. Rajesh Singh, Additional Commissioner, Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Mr. Dilip Singh Rathore, Joint Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Chandela, President, FHTR, Mr. Surendra Singh Shahpura, Senior Vice President, FHTR, Mr. Rajendra Singh Pachar, Vice President, FHTR, Mr. J M Boob, President, JHARA, Mr. Gajraj Singh Shekhawat, President, TAAJ, Mr. Tarun Bansal, President, HRAR, CA Virendra S Shekhawat, General Secretary, FHTR, along with key stakeholders from the tourism and hospitality industry, policy makers, and industry representatives. The gathering focused on preparations for RDTM 2025 and explored the vast potential of Rajasthan’s tourism sector.

In his address at the event, Chief Patron of FHTR and Maharaja Gaj Singh II of Marwar-Jodhpur said: “Rajasthan’s cultural diversity, historical heritage and incomparable hospitality make it a precious tourist destination not only in India but in the world. Platforms like RDTM are proving to be helpful in taking the tourism business of the state to new heights. Organizing this stakeholders meet in Jodhpur is an important step in this direction.”

On this occasion, Mr. Rajesh Singh, Additional Commissioner, Tourism Department, Government of Rajasthan said that the Rajasthan Government is committed to strengthening the tourism sector. Through RDTM 2025, we are providing a national platform to local businesses while encouraging domestic tourism. This initiative will also play a vital role in the economic development of the state.

FHTR Chairman Shri Kuldeep Singh Chandela sharing his views said: “The aim of RDTM is not only to promote tourism but also to showcase the renowned and emerging tourist destinations of Rajasthan to travellers across the country. We are looking forward to more participation, innovation and partnerships this year, thereby enriching the tourism landscape of the state. ”

Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart 2025: A joint effort of leading tourism organizations

Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) 2025 is being organized in collaboration with reputed organizations of the hospitality and tourism sector. These include: Indian Heritage Hotels Association (IHHA), Hotels & Restaurants Association of Rajasthan (HRAR), Rajasthan Association of Tour Operators (RATO), Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Global Association of Events & Hospitality Professionals, and Travel Agents Association of India (TIE). All these bodies are playing a key role in the successful organisation of RDTM.

Significance of RDTM
The last edition of RDTM was attended by over 240 national buyers and 280 Rajasthan-based sellers. Over 7,000 B2B meetings were conducted, generating an impressive number of leads for hotel bookings, curated experiences, and destination weddings. The platform has clearly proven its effectiveness in boosting the state’s tourism business.
